the Meredith Nail Nation 3000 polish

Hello! I am back with an exciting new update.

First, I would like to apologize for my long absence. Thank you to my followers for sticking around.

Today I have a very special polish to review for you. It is made by my friend Maria from Nail Nation 3000 and it is called... *drumroll please*
Below is a bottle shot. It is a beautiful teal color with a metallic/chrome finish and light linear holo. Teal has always been one of my favorite colors (I always say blue, green and purple are mmy favorites and so this is the perfect in between shade.)

Here is what it looks like on the nails. The accent nail is another from the same collection, called The Social Mani Set. It is a silver glitter topper called Vamica.

The polishes may be found here  Check the Facebook page for sales and codes!

Lilypad Lacquer True Blood + Let's take Planet Caravan to the Funhouse!

I'm sure that most of you have heard about Lilypad Lacquer by now.

True Blood is one of their most popular colors- in fact, I had to get this one in a group order because I forgot about the launch on Llarowe! I was just a few minutes late (which may as well be a century in the nail polish world LOL) but True Blood, Fairy Footprints, and probably a few others had sold out right away!

I usually don't wear colors like this. But as soon as I put True Blood on, I fell in love. This is one color that I can truly understand people paying crazy amounts of money for if it is ever discontinued!

 I am wearing:
True Blood (thumb, ring finger and pinky)
My middle finger has Respect by Mentality (Isn't that funny?) Respect is a matte purple, but it still picked up some shine from my bathroom light.
My ring finger still has Planet Caravan by Cirque.
Look at the beautiful blue and purple in the holo! It makes this a truly amazing color.

This is in my living room light- Respect looks more matte now.
You can also see how True Blood has some duochrome-like appearance in different light- in fact, I think this picture demonstrates why some people say this could be a dupe for Enchanted Polish Mr. Burgundy.

This lighting picked up some beautiful red sparkles in the holo as well!

The next day, I put Funhouse by Dandy Nails on my middle finger.
Funhouse is definitely the right name!
It has beautiful fuschia, pink, and green glitter that looks like shards of glass from a mirror.
This one is a little blurry- it shows how the glitter twinkles in real life. It also picks up the green that the other picture didn't.

Lilypad Lacquer can be found on her etsy page and Llarowe.com.
Menality Polish can be found here.
Dandy Nails can be found on etsy and Ninjapolish.com.

Magical Mystery Tour with Hyperion, Freeze Machine & Future Reflections

I'm a little sad, so my nails are blue. Yesterday there was a surprise sale of a color called *69 on Enchanted's page and it is SO ME. Of course I wasn't able to get one before it sold out. It isn't the prettiest color ever, but it has stars and blue glitter! and I think it would look really cute on the other new color, July 2013- even though the glitter might blend in- which is something that sometimes I do.

Seriously, wouldn't those be cute together?

Anyway, speaking of glitter blending in-  ( and this is actually on my right hand, which I don't show much since my ring finger likes to shake and I have to do hand gymnastics to actually make it look right in a picture. But my poor little nubs are more even on this hand.)

I have on Revlon Royal as undies (except on my ring finger) with Enchanted Magical Mystery Tour. My middle finger has Freeze Machine on it- (the bottle I'm holding)- omg I LOVE LOVE LOVE Freeze Machine, and it took me at least 5 tries at restocks to get it.

However, my bathroom light ate the glitter! My camera with flash just couldn't handle the awesomeness.

Also did you see my ring finger? There's another glitter, from a new to me indie maker- Carpe Noctem Cosmetics! I fell in love after seeing a review of Man in White, this beautiful purple color. Also, I asked Emily (the owner) for a couple of custom polishes because I could tell by looking at her shop that she has a really great eye for color. She is sooooo nice.

I am wearing Hyperion over Future Reflections by Enchanted.

This is without flash (also, if you're not familiar with duochromes or this particular color, do you see how the green now looks purple? I love that!)

I even did the "Close-up" feature on my phone camera.. This glitter must be seen in all its glory. IT MUST.
I actually think this glitter is so cool that this polish has been in my purse almost every day since I got it- you know,  in case I had a glittermergency and needed to touch up my nails or something?
