Lilypad Lacquer Skittles

This is a (Mostly) Lilypad Lacquer Skittles mani.

When I did this, Mei Mei's Signature's was posting some pictures of Pretty Jelly Dream Cloud on her Facebook Page and I realized I hadn't tried the polish yet, so also threw it into the mix and added Rainbow Honey the Worst Possible Thing on top.

I love Emerald City so much, I might do a full mani with it soon! Not only is it the most holo, but emerald is my birthstone!

I also reversed the mani on my right hand.  (the nails on my right hand hadn't caught back up to my left yet!)

The only difference is, Dream Cloud doesn't have any glitter on top.

Then, I put Revlon Celestial FX over Minty Moment so both my hands could have some bling!

(Not so) Fascination street

I am sure that if you have been reading my blog, you may have slightly noticed that I love blue and purple.

Well, even though I was really excited to get Cirque Fascination Street, I hadn't gotten around to wearing it yet. But I saw someone post a beautiful swatch of it and I decided to put it on.

Everyone loves this color. I even saw The Swatchaholic name it color of the month!

Also, I was introduced to the song "Fascination Street" when I saw a good friend of mine singing it at karaoke. He is also a very talented dancer- so all things considered, this polish was a must have for me!

Well. . . I wasn't sure if it was my skin tone or what, but it looked grayish-purple on me. I thought maybe it's because the holo is so strong, but I haven't seen any other swatches where it looks like this.

Also, even though these pictures are after only having had it on for one day, I have tip wear. Is that normal?

Dance Legend is a textured polish, but the Revlon polish has a shiny base underneath all the glitter, so it smoothed everything out.

I had fun applying the Revlon polish- if you look really closely can you see how there is a sort of diamond shape on my nail? I tortured my boyfriend singing "Diamonds in the sky" after I put it on.

If anyone else has this color, can you please let me know if this is normal or not? I emailed Harlow & Co but so far I haven't heard anything... but I got them there instead of directly from Cirque because there was a sale at the time, and also on Cirque's site you have to spend $75 to get free shipping. Otherwise you have to pay more shipping for each bottle- but now that I have seen their fancy packaging on other blogs, I understand why.If anything, Cirque is an excellent brand at presentation!

Magical Mystery Tour with Hyperion, Freeze Machine & Future Reflections

I'm a little sad, so my nails are blue. Yesterday there was a surprise sale of a color called *69 on Enchanted's page and it is SO ME. Of course I wasn't able to get one before it sold out. It isn't the prettiest color ever, but it has stars and blue glitter! and I think it would look really cute on the other new color, July 2013- even though the glitter might blend in- which is something that sometimes I do.

Seriously, wouldn't those be cute together?

Anyway, speaking of glitter blending in-  ( and this is actually on my right hand, which I don't show much since my ring finger likes to shake and I have to do hand gymnastics to actually make it look right in a picture. But my poor little nubs are more even on this hand.)

I have on Revlon Royal as undies (except on my ring finger) with Enchanted Magical Mystery Tour. My middle finger has Freeze Machine on it- (the bottle I'm holding)- omg I LOVE LOVE LOVE Freeze Machine, and it took me at least 5 tries at restocks to get it.

However, my bathroom light ate the glitter! My camera with flash just couldn't handle the awesomeness.

Also did you see my ring finger? There's another glitter, from a new to me indie maker- Carpe Noctem Cosmetics! I fell in love after seeing a review of Man in White, this beautiful purple color. Also, I asked Emily (the owner) for a couple of custom polishes because I could tell by looking at her shop that she has a really great eye for color. She is sooooo nice.

I even did the "Close-up" feature on my phone camera.. This glitter must be seen in all its glory. IT MUST.

I actually think this glitter is so cool that this polish has been in my purse almost every day since I got it- you know,  in case I had a glittermergency and needed to touch up my nails or something? 

Cirque XX- The best glitter of all time!!!

I recently got a polish that was so amazing that I think I might never buy a rainbow glitter polish again.

It looks so awesome that I feel like nothing can compete with it. As soon as the brush touched the tip of (not) my nail. , I was like:

If you're wondering why I said (not) my nail, on my right hand, my thumb, index and middle fingernails  keep breaking, They keep cracking and peeling and they got so short that  it was actually painful, so I broke down and put on some fake ones so I didn't look like my hands belonged to 2 different people

Anyway, LOOK AT THIS.

I drove myself crazy trying to get pictures that showed how sparkly and beautiful that this color is. No pictures do it justice. but just look at it.

I put this over Revlon Royal, and the base of the nail has some Enchanted Djinn in a bottle but the awesomeness of the holo is being overshadowed.

If you are curious about my pinky, that color is A England Rose Bower, also with Djinn on it.

This was part of my 4th of July mani, so my pinky has some chipping and tip wear. Sorry! The picture from this angle is 2 days old.. but as I said I really could NOT find a way to show how awesome this color is unless you see it in person.

Ninja Polish Mystic Glacier and 100% Columbian

I am absolutely obsessed with duochromes and multichromes! When Ninja Polish released new colors to the Enigma collection, I was thrilled- especially because I missed my chance to try Alexandrite (which has my favorite colors, blue and green in it.)

Mystic Glacier is stunning and magical. It looks like the amazing underwater shots I have seen other bloggers post-- but in normal lighting.

Somehow, just in normal inside lighting, it looked different on all my fingers!!!

L to R- Mystic Glacier- pointer finger is layered over Picture Polish Warning and Layla Ceramic Effects #64. Middle and Pinky are over Revlon Royal. I think my pinky is reflecting the colors in 100% Columbian (which also has a holo made by Pixie Polish on top)

This is one coat with no top coat!

This polish is so amazing, I am totally speechless. If you could imagine this song being about this nail polish, it would tell you how I feel about it.
